These terms apply to your use of imatrixsolutions.com (the "site"), operated by Global I-Matrix Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., trading as Global iMatrix. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Work we do for clients is governed by the written agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these terms for that work. Our mobile apps have their own terms of service, available from the Apps page.

02Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form to get in touch about our services. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, scrape the site in bulk, or interfere with its operation;
• use the contact form to send spam, marketing you have not been asked for, or abusive content;
• misrepresent who you are or who you work for.

03Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, code, logos and other material on the site belong to Global I-Matrix Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or are used under licence. "Global iMatrix" and the iMatrix mark are our trade marks. You may view and print pages for your own reference; you may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site commercially without our written permission.

Portfolio work shown on the site is the property of the respective clients and is displayed with their permission, to illustrate our services.

04Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, or a guarantee of any result. Prices, timelines and scope for any project are agreed in writing, per project.

Blog articles reflect our views at the time of writing and may become out of date. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse those sites.

05Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
