MilkNote Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or use the MilkNote app on Android or iPhone. By using MilkNote, you agree to them.
01The app
MilkNote helps you record milk deliveries, payments and balances with your milk suppliers. It is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not process payments to suppliers.
02Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use MilkNote on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
03Your data and backups
Your records are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for keeping backups and remembering your backup password. We cannot recover data or backups for you.
04Accuracy
Amounts, dues and bills are calculated from what you enter. Check important figures with your supplier. MilkNote is not a legal or financial record.
05MilkNote Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks extra features on the store account used to buy it. Payment, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Pro can be restored free on new devices with the same store account.
06Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
07Third-party services
Google Drive backup, WhatsApp sharing and app stores are provided by third parties under their own terms.
08Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop features at any time. We will update this page when the terms change.
09No warranty
MilkNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MilkNote Pro.
